Privacy Policy
Plain English, because that's how we'd want it explained to us. Effective August 30, 2026.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site (contact, volunteer sign-up, or assistance application), we collect the information you type in — typically your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us. Our website host (Netlify) also keeps standard server logs, which include things like IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Please don't submit medical records or financial documents through this website. Our application form deliberately asks only for basic information; if your application moves forward, we'll contact you with instructions for providing supporting documents.
How we use it
We use what you send us for exactly one purpose: running the Foundation — responding to your message, reviewing assistance applications, and coordinating volunteers. Assistance applications are shared only with our Board of Directors (or a designated review committee) and are kept confidential per our recordkeeping policies.
We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Cookies & tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. The video on our About page is embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which avoids tracking cookies unless you play the video; playing it is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored securely with Netlify, our website provider, and are accessible only to Foundation board members. You can ask us to delete your submitted information at any time.
Questions or requests
Email info@trip12futurefoundation.org to ask what we have, correct it, or have it deleted. If we ever change this policy meaningfully, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
